Hey, I’m Kelly!

I’m a mum of two, a Certified Holistic Nutrition Consultant, and a Nutrition Coach.

I support women through pregnancy, postpartum, and early motherhood with personalised, real-food nutrition, and, when it’s helpful, I can also help weave those same nourishing foundations into family meals.

If you’re feeling unsure about what to eat during pregnancy, low on energy after birth, or overwhelmed by starting solids, you’re not alone. These stages often come with a lot of advice, but not always the clarity or support you need. Nourishment plays a powerful role in how you feel and how your baby thrives.

My approach is calm, realistic, and deeply supportive. Through one-on-one consultations, I guide you with practical nutrition that fits your body, your baby, and your lifestyle - whether you’re growing a baby, recovering after birth, nourishing your little one (and when needed, bringing the family along gently too).
