FAQ’s

  • During pregnancy, the importance of specific nutrients cannot be understated. Embracing a quality prenatal supplement can help to bridge dietary gaps, supporting you and your growing baby. Meeting your nutrient needs not only enhances your well-being during this incredible journey but also helps afterward during postpartum.

By assessing your dietary habits and health history, I can determine your unique nutrient requirements and recommend a quality prenatal supplement that best aligns with your unique needs.

  • Prioritising nutrition for yourself and your baby is an important choice that can be made at any time during your motherhood journey. It’s never too late to start and I would love to support you with this.

  • Consuming deeply nourishing foods is important for postpartum recovery. Not only do nutrient-dense foods encourage healing and recuperation after birth, but they also support energy after long nights, breastmilk production, and the rebalancing of hormones. I can support you with a tailored nutrition plan to support this stage of motherhood.

  • Absolutely! We can have a good discussion and prepare a tailored postpartum plan that includes details about in-home support, nourishment, birth recovery practices, and self-care to ensure that you are nurtured during this stage of motherhood.

  • To effectively resolve eczema, it needs to be addressed from the inside out. During the consultation, we will have a thorough discussion and work together to identify and eliminate the trigger food/ foods, and possibly common allergens such as peanuts, dairy, shellfish, wheat and eggs. We will implement a gut support protocol and I will support you to slowly reintroduce trigger foods to your baby.

  • Starting solids with your little one is an exciting time, but just as each baby is unique, so is their journey with solids. I can provide you with clear guidance to help you choose the right method for your baby and your family, whether it be purees, finger foods, or a combination of both.
