Nutrition works best with ongoing support. This package gives us time to create your plan and refine it together — so you feel supported and confident as you integrate changes.

Perfect for: Preparing your body for pregnancy with strong nutrient and hormone foundations, managing pregnancy symptoms, or supporting postpartum recovery, energy, and emotional wellbeing.

Includes: Initial 60-minute consult, two 45-minute follow-ups, unlimited email support for 4 weeks, meal guidance for blood sugar stability, targeted nutrients for your stage, supplement recommendations if needed, and detailed follow-up emails after each session with your updated plan.
