FAQ’s

  • Eczema is often influenced by internal factors such as digestion, sensitivities, and immune balance. Supporting it from the inside out can be an important part of longer-term improvement.

In a baby nutrition consultation, we’ll look closely at your baby’s feeding history, symptoms, and current diet. Where appropriate, I can guide you through gentle dietary adjustments, short-term elimination strategies, supplement support, and careful reintroduction — always tailored to your baby and family.

  • There’s no single “right” way to start solids. Every baby develops at their own pace, and every family has different needs.

Whether you’re considering purées, baby-led weaning, or a combination, I’ll help you choose an approach that supports your baby’s development while fitting realistically into your family life.

  • Yes — where helpful, family meals can be supported alongside your baby’s feeding journey. This might include adapting shared meals, navigating allergens, or making family food feel simpler and less stressful while supporting your baby’s needs.
