60-Minute Nutrition Consultation
A one-hour consultation designed to give you clear, personalised nutrition support for postpartum recovery, whether you’re newly postpartum or planning ahead.
This session focuses on understanding where your body needs support, replenishing nutrient reserves, and guiding you with real food, targeted nutrients, and when appropriate, supplements to support your recovery, energy, and mood.

Recovering from birth (including caesarean or more complex births)
