A one-hour consultation designed to give you clear, personalised nutrition support tailored to your stage of pregnancy.

This session focuses on understanding your current nutrition, identifying where support is needed, and guiding you with real food, targeted nutrients, and, when appropriate, supplements to support both your body and your baby’s development

This is ideal if you’re:
