1. General information and health disclaimer
Information provided on the Well and Truly Nourished website, including articles, recipes, guides, downloads and other educational resources, is intended for general information and education.
This information is not personalised medical advice, diagnosis or treatment and should not replace individual assessment or care from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

The information on this website does not take into account your individual health history, medications, allergies, nutrient status or personal circumstances.
You should seek appropriate professional advice where needed before making significant changes to your nutrition, supplements or your child's feeding.
Nothing on this website should prevent or delay you from seeking appropriate medical care. For serious, worsening or urgent symptoms, seek medical assistance promptly.
2. Nutrition information for babies and children
Information relating to starting solids, infant feeding and toddler nutrition is provided for educational purposes.
Every child develops differently and may have individual nutritional, developmental or medical needs.
Parents and caregivers remain responsible for their child's feeding and care decisions. Where there are concerns about allergies, growth, feeding difficulties or medical conditions, appropriate individual assessment may be necessary.

Paid resources, course materials and restricted-access content must not be shared, resold or distributed without permission.
4. Testimonials and results
Testimonials and client experiences reflect individual circumstances and outcomes.
They do not guarantee that another person will experience the same results.
Nutrition recommendations and outcomes depend on individual needs, circumstances and other contributing factors.
5. Affiliate links and product recommendations
Some website content may contain affiliate or referral links.
If you purchase through one of these links, Well and Truly Nourished may receive a commission at no additional cost to you.

Part B: Client Terms & Conditions
1. About Well and Truly Nourished
Services are provided by Kelly Wright, Certified Holistic Nutrition Consultant and Certified Holistic & Performance Nutrition & Health Coach (HPN1).
Well and Truly Nourished provides personalised nutrition and health coaching services from New Zealand to clients in New Zealand and internationally.
Consultations are provided virtually through Google Meet or another agreed platform.
2. Services and professional scope
Services may include personalised support relating to preconception, pregnancy, postpartum, maternal nutrition, starting solids, baby and toddler nutrition, food intake, nutrient priorities, supplements, digestion, symptoms and feeding concerns.
My role is to provide nutrition education, assessment within my professional scope, practical recommendations and ongoing support where included in your service.
These services do not replace medical diagnosis, treatment or care from an appropriately regulated healthcare professional.
Where appropriate, I may recommend further assessment or support from your GP, midwife, paediatrician, pharmacist, registered dietitian or another relevant practitioner.
Well and Truly Nourished is not an emergency healthcare service. Do not wait for an email response or scheduled consultation if you or your child require urgent medical attention.
3. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and relevant information about your health, medical history, medications, supplements, allergies, pregnancy or breastfeeding status, relevant test results and any changes in your circumstances.
Where services relate to a baby or child, a parent or legal guardian must be involved and provide relevant information.
You remain responsible for decisions relating to your own health or your child's care.
Please advise me of significant changes in symptoms, medication, supplementation or medical advice during our work together.
4. Bookings and payments
All prices are stated in New Zealand dollars unless otherwise specified.
Well and Truly Nourished is not currently GST registered.
Individual consultations are generally paid in full at the time of booking.
Payments may be processed through Stripe or by invoice where agreed.
Your booking or purchase confirmation will specify the service, price and relevant inclusions.
5. Consultation packages
Packages may include an initial consultation, follow-up appointments, preparation, written recommendations and between-session support.
The inclusions advertised or agreed at the time of purchase will apply.
Packages may be paid upfront or through an agreed payment plan.
Packages are generally designed to be completed over approximately one month.
All included appointments must be used within three months of the initial consultation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Cancellations and rescheduling
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you, and preparation or review may begin before your consultation.
Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to make a change.
Individual consultations
At least 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an individual consultation.
Where less than 24 hours' notice is given, the full consultation fee may be charged, subject to applicable law and the circumstances.
Package appointments
Package appointments require at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule.
Package appointments may be rescheduled up to two times, provided the required notice is given. Further changes may be approved at my discretion.
Late cancellations may result in the affected session being treated as used, subject to applicable law and the circumstances.
No-shows
If you do not attend an appointment without notice, the full consultation fee may be charged or the session may be deducted from your package, as applicable.
How to make changes
Please use your booking link or email kelly@wellandtrulynourished.com.
Please do not rely on social media messages for appointment changes, as these may not be seen in time.
7. Illness and unexpected circumstances
I understand that illness, sick children and unexpected situations can arise.
Please contact me as soon as possible if something unavoidable occurs.
Cancellation fees may be waived or alternative arrangements offered depending on the circumstances, notice provided and preparation already completed.
If I need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I will offer an alternative appointment or an appropriate refund for the affected service.
8. Late arrival
If you arrive late, your consultation will generally finish at the originally scheduled time to avoid affecting other clients.
The full consultation fee may still apply.
9. Refunds and early termination
If you wish to cancel a consultation or discontinue a package, please contact me.
Once a consultation has been completed, fees are generally non-refundable unless a refund or other remedy is required by law.
Personalised packages may involve work outside appointment times, including reviewing health histories, preparing plans, researching recommendations and providing between-session support.
Where a package has started, any request for a refund will be considered individually, taking into account the services and personalised work already provided, the reason for cancellation and your rights under applicable consumer law.
Any applicable statutory rights to a refund, remedy or compensation remain unaffected.
10. Payment plans
Where a payment plan has been agreed, instalments must be paid according to the agreed schedule.
If your circumstances change, please contact me promptly.
Stopping attendance does not automatically cancel payment obligations for services or personalised work already provided, subject to applicable consumer rights.
11. Between-session support
Some packages include email or message support between appointments.
This support is intended for questions directly related to your existing nutrition plan and agreed services.
Messages are reviewed during normal business hours, and I aim to respond within two business days.
Between-session support is not continuously monitored and must not be used for urgent medical concerns.
12. Supplements
Supplement recommendations may be discussed where appropriate and within my professional scope.
You are responsible for providing accurate information about medications and supplements you or your child are taking.
Where a potential safety concern or matter outside my scope arises, I may recommend discussing it with an appropriate healthcare professional.
13. Outcomes and expectations
Every individual is different, and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
This includes changes in symptoms, nutrient status, pregnancy outcomes, feeding outcomes or particular timeframes.
Recommendations are based on the information available and may need to change as your circumstances change.
14. Client resources and intellectual property
Personalised plans, written recommendations, guides, educational materials, templates and other resources supplied by Well and Truly Nourished remain protected intellectual property unless otherwise stated.
These materials are supplied for your personal use.
You may not sell, reproduce for commercial purposes, distribute or publicly share paid or restricted client materials without written permission.
15. International clients
Well and Truly Nourished operates from New Zealand and may provide virtual services to clients internationally.
Healthcare systems, professional regulations and supplement availability differ between countries.
Clients outside New Zealand may need to obtain appropriate local medical or regulated healthcare advice.
16. Concerns and complaints
If you have concerns about the services you have received, please contact kelly@wellandtrulynourished.com.
I will aim to respond promptly and work towards a fair resolution.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable law.
